Becoming a Licensed REALTOR® in British Columbia
The real estate industry in British Columbia achieves high standards in licensing by requiring individuals to fulfill comprehensive education and experience requirements. To obtain your real estate license, you must first successfully complete the Real Estate Council of British Columbia's REALTOR® program offered at the University of British Columbia.
